Oxygen-Relaxation Therapy (often called mild hyperbaric oxygen therapy) invites you to rest inside a comfortable chamber while breathing oxygen-rich air at a slightly increased pressure. This gentle environment helps more oxygen dissolve into your bloodstream, supporting circulation and a deep sense of calm. Many clients describe feeling rested, clear-headed, and restored—both after the session and into the following day.
At Harmony Health Community, sessions are unhurried and comfort-first: you’ll receive a brief orientation, guidance on ear-clearing, and continuous check-ins. Then you simply relax—read, meditate, or nap—while the chamber does the work.

  • Intro Session (Orientation + 60 min): A guided first experience with time for questions and ear-equalization practice.

  • Standard Sessions (60–90 min): Unplug, reset, and let your system unwind.

  • Series & Memberships: Consistent sessions to support ongoing focus, sleep quality, and recovery.

  • Recovery Add-Ons: Optional breathwork, guided relaxation tracks, or pairing with massage/acupuncture for a fuller reset.

  • Comfort & Care: Soft chamber, pillows/blankets, two-way communication, and attentive monitoring.

  • Personalized Plans: Session cadence tailored to your goals (for example, 1–2×/week for a few weeks, then maintenance).
